Challenge
Position Comedy Central as the home of the Roast while creating a visually distinct, culturally specific campaign that celebrated Pearl Thusi without undermining her.
Solution
Developed the full brand identity and campaign, building the logo and visuals around Pearl’s persona and delivering end-to-end execution across scripts, design, animation, digital, and live event graphics.
Results
Delivered a standout campaign within the Roast franchise, earning a Silver award and reinforcing Comedy Central’s ownership of the format locally.
